Caroline Morey took over the family domaine from her father, Jean-Marc Morey in 2014 and comes from a family that has been making wine in Chassgne-Montrachet since the 1600s. She shares a winery with her husband Pierre-Yves Colin, with whom she also shares a similar winemaking style. 'Champs Gains' is a top site for red wines in Chassagne. The wine is produced using 40% whole cluster aged in 20% new barrels.
