The history of Domaine Jean-Claude Bachelet et Fils goes to the beginning of the XVIII century. Today, Jean-Claude and his sons, Benoit and Jean-Baptiste, support this worthy heritage. The philosophy of the economy has been and remains the traditional approach, which means that each operation in the vineyard, the winery and the cellar is done with maximum preservation of terroir. A careful and painstaking work in the vineyards to produce healthy grapes by limiting yields. The minimum intervention in the winery in order to express the characteristics of each terroir. The long aging in barrels for bringing wealth and depth of the structure of the wine.
