The Lamarche family established themselves in the tiny village of Vosne-Romanée around 1740. They expanded their property and at the beginning of the 20th century, Henri Lamarche founded the estate. His son François took over the estate, when his father died in 1985. Today, the domaine is led by François’s daughter daughter Nicole, his sister Geneviève and his niece Nathalie. 'La Croix Rameau' is sourced from 40 years old vines, 80 to 100% de-stemmed and aged in oak casks for between 16 and 20 months.
