'Drouhin's 2001 Musigny Grand Cru is beginning to drink very well, opening in the glass to reveal an alluring bouquet of black cherry, raspberry, rose petal, violets, summer truffle and subtle espresso roast. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, succulent and generous, its chassis of fine tannins enrobed in an ample core of juicy fruit. Anyone sitting on bottles in the cellar should feel very content indeed.' (WA - 94 points)
