Domaine Ropiteau-Mignon of Meursault made fantastic Burgundies of both colors throughout the 1970's and 1980's. They were absorbed by Bouchard Père et Fils in 1996 who now utilizes their fantastic vineyard sites as part of their diverse stable of terroirs. 1978 presents a high quality vintage for Burgundy, especially for white wines with great fullness and dimension. While it's becoming increasingly rare to experience such examples of agebility, we are proud to offer this unique wine from a bygone era.
